New Parents and Babies

The new mothers (or fathers) are provided with an opportunity to get back into shape and connect with likeminded individuals in the community. This class helps promote physical fitness as well as emotional fitness. New parenthood can be a very lonely, exhausting and isolating experience. New parents strengthen their bodies and form lasting relationships all at once. 

Senior Fitness

As the senior population continues to grow at an incredible rate, there are physical and psychological issues that have been recognized as specifically related to aging. It is not unusual for seniors to find themselves feeling sedentary, isolated and depressed. It is becoming more and more important to keep our growing senior population physically fit as well as mentally connected to others with common challenges and with the community in general. 


Addiction Recovery

I have worked with individuals struggling with various addictions. My training in both physical fitness and psychology allows me to combine my skills in a way that can be uniquely beneficial to various populations, including those who are trying to disengage from destructive behaviors and move toward more life affirming activities. 

Fitness and Healthy Living

This group meets weekly, combining exercise with a discussion about creating healthy lifestyle habits.
