"Elizabeth's weekly fitness classes brought me back to the gym, entirely engaged and motivated. We have met one on one now for two years. She is consistently excited for class and has that sparkle that not many do, is always on time if it snows, rains or shines.
Elizabeth has been always absolutely aware of my position and movements, correcting them to make sure they are safe and consistently checking for pain that can be harmful to my body. I have not only healed from past injuries prior to her classes but also strengthened my body overall and since meeting her have never gotten injured.
